Compensation & Benefits:
• $400,000 - $450,000 Salary PLUS Production
• Addt’l $50,000 – $75,000 Commencement & Relocation
• Addt’l $50,000 Medical Director Potential
• Addt’l $15,000 – $30,000 for Mid-wife Oversight
• Addt’l $5,000 CME & Licensure
• Up to Addt’l $20,000 per yr Quality & Loan Repay
